Our Mission & Vision
Vision: To build a resilient Edo where humanity comes first, empowered to live in dignity.
Mission: To reduce poverty and vulnerability through effective humanitarian response, disaster preparedness, and inclusive social protection programmes.
Established on October 14, 2025, MHAPA is dedicated to formulating humanitarian policies, coordinating interventions, strengthening disaster response systems, and implementing inclusive social protection programmes across Edo State.
